Nov. 23, 5:09 p.m. — An officer was approached on the 100 block of First Street South by a man who said his vehicle was damaged. The man said someone had drenched his vehicle while he was inside a store; he demanded video footage. The officer observed the vehicle, which it appeared to have been splashed on. The officer advised the man that nothing criminal had occurred and footage would not be retrieved.
