Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 30, at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids for Clara C. Tretter, age 93, who passed away June 24, 2020, at Country Manor Health Care Center in Sartell. The Rev. Gerald Dalseth will officiate and burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Sauk Rapids. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services Tuesday at the funeral home in Sauk Rapids.
Clara was born July 15, 1926, in Morrill to Wolfgang and Chrysenthia (Zormeier) Muehlbauer. She married Lawrence Tretter Oct. 4, 1944, in Harding. Clara lived in the Sauk Rapids area after her marriage and worked at Central Canvas in St. Cloud. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sauk Rapids. Clara enjoyed trips to the casino, playing bingo, playing cards and dogs. She was outspoken, honest and spunky.
Survivors include her daughter, Debbie (Mike) Karnik of Sauk Rapids; sister, Mary Lou Schneider of Sartell; grandchildren, Mike (Katie) Karnik, Christina Karnik, Kayla (Andy) Peterson, and Eric Karnik; and great grandchildren, Raquel, Tyrone, Blake, Alyson, Jaxon and Bentley. Clara was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lawrence in 1996; brothers, Henry, Jack, Leo, Lawrence, Herb, George and Norbert Muehlbauer; and sister, Regina Schramel.

Sawyer is the beloved son of Michael Kehoe and Lauren Milovitch-Sera. He was born May 7, 2020, at the St. Cloud Hospital. Sawyer touched the lives of many in his short time on this earth. A happy baby with a big heart, smile and appetite. He was loved and will forever be missed.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at a later date at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Sartell for Elizabeth “Betsy” J. Luberts, age 64, who passed away June 1, 2020, at her home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids.
 Betsy was born April 1, 1956, in Little Falls to Ernest “Ernie” and Theresa (Czech) Burggraff. She graduated from St. Cloud Technical College with a degree in nursing. Betsy married Patrick Luberts Oct. 11, 1975, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Little Falls. She worked as a certified nursing assistant for CentraCare for 40 years, retiring in 2016. Betsy was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church where she was very involved in the prayer list. She was also a member of the Hope Chest Cancer Support Group. Betsy enjoyed four wheeling, volleyball, fishing, traveling, picking blueberries, spending time at the cabin, Monday Lunch Ladies Group, taking trips with the volleyball girls, family reunions in Bowlus, and spending time with her grandkids. She was strong, supportive, helpful, always willing to listen, and always impacted people and made connections. Most importantly she was most proud of her family.
Survivors include her husband, Patrick “Pat” of Sauk Rapids; son and daughter, Brian of San Diego, California, and Angela (Matt) Fox of Sartell; mother, Theresa Burggraff of Little Falls; sisters and brothers, Sue (Greg) Brown, Mary Kay (Doug) Cook, Jane (Tim) Bauerly, Dave (Donna) Burggraff, Joe (Melanie) Burggraff, Kris (Kenny) Brausen, Kevin (Janet) Burggraff, and Julie (Tony) Lukasavitz; grandchildren, Ava and Ethan Fox; and many nieces and nephews. Marilyn “Lynn” P. Borgert was born Aug. 12, 1934, in St. Cloud to Alvin and Florence (Bastien) Woods. She was united in marriage to Eugene “Gene” Borgert Sept. 17, 1955, at St. Mary’s Cathedral Church in St. Cloud. They lived all of their lives in St. Cloud and Sartell. Lynn was very artistic, owning and operating Ceramic Pines ceramic shop with her husband for 20 years. She retired as a receptionist at the north information desk at the St. Cloud Hospital after 25 years. Lynn was very active in the St. Francis Xavier Church and was a member of the Christian Mothers. She was also very active in the Riverside Lions Club in Sauk Rapids for many years. Lynn enjoyed sewing, painting, decorating for Christmas, traveling, gardening, cooking, and baking. Lynn was very proud of her family. She loved getting together with them at holidays, family reunions, and at the cabin on Pelican Lake.
Lynn is survived by her husband, Gene of Sartell; children, Scott (Susan Whalen) of Memphis, Tennessee, Denise (Daniel) Stang of Sartell, Pamela (Jim) McMahon of St. Cloud, and Timothy of Sartell; siblings, Marjorie (Warren) Bystedt, Judy (Donald) Bryam, Suzanne (David) Fritz, Michael (Jean) Woods, Sharon (Robert) Bemboom, Patrick Woods, Nancy (Edward) Johnson, Laurie (Maury) Bloom, and Malia (Grant) Golberg; brother in law, Michael O’Connor; sister in law, Judy Woods; grandchildren, Kristopher, Joshua, Jason, Mathew, Amber, Sarah, Dina, James, Sean, Kelsey, Willow, Summer, Cody, and Autumn; and 21 great grandchildren. Ann was born March 24, 1933, in Aitkin to Conrad and Fannie (Gorsuch) Angermo. She married Harry Wheeler June 7, 1951, in Hill City. Ann had many occupations throughout her life including working as a chef at many restaurants, the St. Cloud Times and Child Care Choices. She was most proud of her work as a security guard at Sartell Paper Mill. Ann loved gardening, being outdoors, traveling and sewing. She was a tough woman that always persevered through life’s challenges. Ann always provided for her family and was helpful and kind to everyone she knew. She was a great mom, raising six children and many more neighborhood kids as well.
Survivors include her children, Brent (Linda) of Grand Rapids, Todd (Lori) of Foreston, Tamara of St. Joseph, Connie (Jaime) Nelson on Sauk Rapids and Chad (fiancée Nikki) of Grand Rapids; 19 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. A private memorial service will be May 26 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sauk Rapids for Keith G. Bjorklund, 62, of Sauk Rapids, who passed away at his home May 20, 2020, surrounded by his family.  Keith Glen Bjorklund was born March 19, 1958, in St. Cloud to Charles and Melba (Ness) Bjorklund. He grew up in the Sauk Rapids area and spent most of his life there. Keith married Cathryn Cheshier July 29, 2000, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sauk Rapids. He served his country in the United States Army and continued service to his fellow community and comrades at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center for 37 years. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sauk Rapids and had a strong faith. Keith loved spending time in the great outdoors, taxidermy, hunting, fishing, camping, swimming and much more. He was a wonderful cook, making sausage, smoking turkeys, gardening and canning and loved to work with his hands. He was truly the salt of the earth, a wonderful father and grandfather, was loving, generous, and had a great sense of humor. Keith was proud of his accomplishments in life. He fought with dignity during his battle with cancer. Keith will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his wife, Cathryn of Sauk Rapids; daughters, Chantal of St. Paul, Amanda (Corey) Krejce of Woodbury and Meghan (Brent) Johnson of Hastings; grandchildren, Lyla, Wyatt, Sylas, Mylo, Grace, Lucy, Max and Emily; dogs, Khloe and Binnie; brother, Ron (Lori) of Sartell; and sister, Lynn (Jeff) Snyder of Sauk Rapids. Ellen was born March 5, 1960, to Lester and Yvonne (Fontaine) Fischer in St. Cloud. She married Russ Barber Sr.  April 5, 1981, in Sauk Rapids. She worked for 22 years with the St. Cloud School District No. 742, at Talahi Elementary as a custodian. Ellen enjoyed being outdoors gardening, agate hunting, camping, boating, and taking road trips to Duluth. She was free spirited, strong willed, hardworking, and was happiest at the beach. Most importantly, she was proud of her children and grandchildren.

 Sean was born May 3, 1968, in St. Cloud. He went to Sauk Rapids-Rice High School where he played hockey and graduated in 1986. He then went to St. Cloud State University and completed a program to become a respiratory therapist. He married Deborah Christenson Aug. 3, 1991 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Raymond. Sean worked as a respiratory therapist at the St. Cloud Hospital.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He is a member of Atonement Lutheran Church in St. Cloud.
 He is survived by his parents, George and Patty of Sauk Rapids; wife, Deb of Sauk Rapids; daughters, Megan, Kelsey (Justin) Kneiszler, and Abigail; grandchildren, Palmer, Will and Dominic; sister, Shannon and her children, Alex and Rian.

Bernice was born June 11, 1920, in Sauk Rapids Township to Henry and Anna (David) Beehler. She married Arthur Mendel July 2, 1942, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sauk Rapids. Bernice worked as an inspector for Fingerhut for 20 years, retiring in 1982. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Popple Creek where she was a member of the Ladies Aid, Lutheran Women’s Missionary League, and taught Sunday School and Release Time Class. Bernice volunteered at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home.
Survivors include her sons and daughter, Kenneth Mendel of Strasburg, Virginia, Arlys (Paul) Rearick of Omaha, Nebraska., Alan (Diane Forstner) Mendel of Cushing and Frederick (Laurie Germundson) Mendel of Rice; sister, Luverne Schaefer of Sauk Rapids; special friend, Charley Stimler; five grandchildren, Bill Morris, David Mendel, Amy Christensen, Carl Mendel, Emily Mendel; and seven great grandchildren. Loretta was born May 3, 1924, in Holdingford to Joseph and Frances (Hennek) Sowada. She grew up in Opole and attended Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic School and Holdingford High School. Loretta worked at Breezy Point after graduation and then moved to the twin cities where she worked at Munsingwear during the war. She married Andrew Plafcan, Jr. on June 4, 1946, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sauk Rapids. Loretta was a homemaker and also a Beautician at Country Manor for several years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church where she was a jubilee member of St. Monica’s Society and was also a member of the Sauk Rapids VFW Post 6992 Auxiliary. Loretta enjoyed gardening, flowers, canning, baking, crocheting and fishing on Mille Lacs Lake. She was a gentle, outgoing, humble and generous woman who will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her children, Paulette Murphy of Eagan, Dave (Mary) of Sauk Rapids, Robert (Vicki) of Willmar, Kevin of St. Joseph, Bill (Norma) of St. Cloud; sister, Mary Jane (Bob) Hennen of Sauk Rapids; daughter-in-law, Gayle of Sauk Rapids; sisters-in-law, Helen Habus of Sauk Rapids, Mary Paulson of Brooklyn Park, Pat Sowada of Waite Park, Mary Plafcan of St. Joseph; 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Marsh, age 92, of Sauk Rapids, who died April 15, 2020, at Good Shepherd Community in Sauk Rapids. The Rev. John Beck and the Rev. David Hinz officiated and burial was at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Sauk Rapids.
Delores Ellen Marsh was born Dec. 22, 1927, on the family farm near Elbow Lake to Alfred and Margaret (Wohlers) Schaeffer. Following her graduation from high school, Delores worked at Star Motor Company in Elbow Lake as their bookkeeper. She married Mervin J. Marsh May 15, 1948, in Elbow Lake. They lived in Crookston and Montevideo before moving to Sauk Rapids in 1963. She was also a homemaker and worked at Veeser-Dingmann Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids. Delores was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she was involved with LWML. She enjoyed gardening, embroidery, quilting, fishing, playing piano, reading, square dancing and listening to the Twins on the radio. Delores was a very sweet and supportive lady.
Survivors include her children, Marcus Marsh of Aitkin and Margaret (Myron Krupa) Marsh of Willmar; sister, Judy (Rev. Clark) Gies of Fairfax, South Dakota; grandchildren, Jason (Stephanie) Marsh of Carlton and Aaron (Amber) Marsh of Elk River; great grandchildren, Liam, Landon, Lachlan, Broderick, Audrey and Annika; and nieces and nephews. Private graveside services were Thursday, April 16 at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Sauk Rapids for Dennis O. Burski, age 81, of Sauk Rapids who passed away peacefully at the ACE unit of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Sauk Rapids April 13, 2020, with his loving wife Pat at his side. The Rev. Ralph Zimmerman officiated. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids.
Dennis was born June 10, 1938, in rural Sauk Rapids to John and Doris (Wittstock) Burski. He was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sauk Rapids. He attended country school and Trinity Lutheran School for seventh and eighth grade. He graduated in 1956 from Sauk Rapids High School. In 1960, he graduated from Drew’s Business College.
He married Pat Visneski Oct. 17, 1959 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sauk Rapids. Dennis worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 34 years and retired in 2000 as a member of the One Million Mile Club. During his years of postal service his dedication to delivering the mail on time to his patrons was his priority. While never complaining about the weather, he was proud of the service he provided. He was a 50+ year member of the National Association of Letter Carriers.
Dennis’ pride and joy were his children and grandchildren. He was a constant supporter of all their sporting events as well as music concerts and church events. He enjoyed camping especially at Fr. Hennepin State Park. Large campfires and outdoor cooked meals were favorites. Deer hunting, birds, gardening and long walks were also favorite activities. He enjoyed picking up special rocks on his walks. His garden was a source of tasty vegetables for decades although two years ago he did declare “the rabbits won the battle of the garden.”
He volunteered tirelessly at Sacred Heart Church and Sauk Rapids High School. He served as a hockey coach, Cub Scout leader and Girl Scout leader. He was an adamant supporter of all Sauk Rapids Storm athletics especially the hockey team.
Survivors include his soulmate Pat, wife of 60 years; daughter, Cindy (Jerry) McCullough of Wadena; sons, Steve (Kathy) Burski of Mora and David (Shellie) Burski of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri.; seven special grandchildren, Matt (Brittany) McCullough of Esko, Chris (Laura) McCullough of Blacksburg, Virginia, Nick (fiancé Abbigale) Burski of Duluth, Andrew McCullough, Alison Burski, Nate Burski and Justin Burski; two great grandchildren, Liam and Kaisa; sister-in-law, Joyce Burski of Rice; and brother-in-law, Wayne (Marcia) Visneski of Royalton. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Doris Burski; brother, John and wife Joanne; brother, Ralph; and infant brothers, Ronald and Donald.

Private family services will be at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids for Richard Kierzek. Richard passed away peacefully at his home April 5, 2020, in the arms of his loving wife Karen of 61 years. A celebration of life for all will be at a later date.
Rich was born Feb. 17, 1937, in St. Paul to Anna Kierzek. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He married Karen L. Breer  July 18, 1959, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sauk Rapids. Rich worked as a postal clerk for many years until his retirement. He is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sauk Rapids, Catholic Order of Foresters, Sauk Rapids VFW Auxiliary, Marine Corp League, Sacred Heart Men’s Club and Knights of Columbus.
Rich: husband, dad, grandpa, great grandpa, friend, coach, fisherman, hunter, golfer, card player, traveler, softball player, and family man. Family is what mattered the most to Rich. He took his family on many vacations across the states, Bahamas, and multiple trips to Mexico. He was an avid sports fan whether watching a game on TV or attending one of his children’s and grandkids’ sporting events. He was the grandkids’ No. 1 fan and supporter. Rich also spent countless hours at the golf courses. Besides sports, he had a great passion for hunting and fishing. Rich loved being surrounded by his family and friends playing a few games of pinochle or 500. He loved getting daily phone calls from family and friends and a special thanks to Mike Fromm and Dan Merchant who called every day to check in and say a prayer together. Rich loved us all unconditionally and he taught us what is important in life: family, friends, faith and love.
Survivors include his wife, Karen; daughters, Janet Dubose, June (Bob) Bohlig, Joy (Dick) McMorrow; eight special grandchildren, Tyler (Koryssa), Austin, Cole, Tommy (Tasha), Bobbie, Caitlin, Jake, and Bryant; one beautiful great granddaughter, Henley; brothers and sisters, Jerry Kroska, Bob (Karen), Colleen (John) Steffes, George (Donna) and Helen Kvarnlov; and his companion kitten Kemo.

M. William Spaeth was born April 3, 1923, in Lake George Township to Albert and Anna (Ritterach) Spaeth. He served his country in the United States Navy in Saipan. On Oct. 21, 1950, he married Natalie Repulski in St. Cloud. Bill grew up in the St. Cloud area and he and Nat lived their entire married life in Sauk Rapids. He worked in maintenance at the paper mill in Sartell for over 30 years, retiring in 1984. Bill was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church where he participated as an usher for many years. He was also a member of the Sauk Rapids American Legion Post No. 254. Bill enjoyed traveling with Nat to Hawaii and out west for many years, hunting and fishing. He was compassionate, kind and a wonderful caregiver of those he loved. Bill was devout in his faith and saw great importance in attending mass regularly.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 18 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sauk Rapids for Mary Beth Cochran, age 68, who passed away March 6, 2020, in Reno, Nevada. The Rev. David Hinz will officiate. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids and one hour prior to the services Wednesday at the church.
Mary Beth was born Oct. 18, 1951, in St. Cloud to Albert and Donna (Tomporowski) Rasmusson. Mary Beth lived all of her life in Sauk Rapids and graduated from Sauk Rapids High School in 1970. She met Ron Cochran while they were both working at Herberger’s and attending St. Cloud State University, and they were married shortly after in 1972. From 1985-2007, she worked at SCSU in the physical education department and in the human performance lab where she taught classes and was an aerobics instructor. She also worked for the city of St. Cloud at Whitney Senior Center as an aerobics instructor for over 30 years, and worked as the banquet coordinator at Wapicada Golf Course for over 25 years where she was blessed with many, many friends. Mary Beth was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she was a member of the choir and played the hand bells. Her faith was very important to her and she loved her church community. She was very active all her life and was musically talented. Mary Beth devoted her life to keeping people healthy and was focused on people’s health and wellness. She was outgoing, gregarious, social, selfless, and was always willing to help others. Mary Beth loved being with her friends and family, especially her annual trips to visit her son in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and her weekend “MBMB Getaways” every summer with her three lifelong friends, Barb Claseman, Mary Justin and Barb Larson.
Survivors include her husband, Ron of Sauk Rapids; son, Ryan Cochran (Melissa) of Lake Tahoe, Nevada.; and several nieces and nephews. Mary Beth was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Janelle Hackett; and brother, Scott Rasmusson.

Betty was born Sept. 3, 1933, in St. Cloud to Dutch and Tillie (Yilek) Kutzorik. She married August “Mike” Winczewski Nov. 15, 1957, in Iowa. Betty was a homemaker and also worked at X-Cel Optical and Coborn’s. Betty enjoyed sewing, cross stitch, crocheting, flowers, shopping, watching TV, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was very proud of her family.
Survivors include her children, Michael (Julie) Winczewski of Sauk Rapids and Jean (Greg) Wentworth of St. Cloud; grandchildren, Tyler (McKayla) and their children Blake, Blair and Briella, Jordan (Anna) and their son Drake and future great granddaughter. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, August “Mike” on January 3, 2018.

Norman Frederick Volkers, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by family Feb. 14, 2020. He was 82 years old. Norman was born Aug. 16, 1937, in Minden Township to Frederick and Alma (Koepp) Volkers. He graduated from Sauk Rapids High School in 1955. He proudly served in the Army National Guard for nine years. In 1957, Norman was hired by Western Electric as a cable man and was sent to Duluth to work. In 1958, Norman happened upon the love of his life, Judi Nelson, at a bus stop in Duluth. She loved him at first sight. On Dec.6, 1958, Norman and Judi married at Advent Lutheran Church and began what would become a beautiful journey of everlasting love and friendship. Norman and Judi moved to Rogers, where they raised their three children.
Norman was a man overflowing with pride for his family. With strong hands and a dedicated heart, he proudly served on the Rogers Fire Department for 43 years. He was a lifetime member of the Rogers-Nowthen Threshing Show. If he was tired or sick, he still rushed to the aide of others. For years he maintained the Word of Peace Cemetery. He was a selfless man. Norman was a founding member and devoted usher of Word of Peace Lutheran Church. He was a man of faith. In 1994, Norman retired from a 37-year career with AT&T and unlike most others, upon retirement he hastened his pace. He enjoyed camping with his family and watching all of the firsts that came along with those trips. He watched us learn to ride our bikes, taught us how to start a good fire, was patient as we baited our hooks and was quick to help repair a camper. If you needed it, he had it. Norman was a great teacher. He had a life-long love affair with his tractors. They were always cleaned, always shined and certainly always red. He felt incredible pride driving alongside his sons on the Rockin’ Rogers Day Parade.
If he made a promise, he kept it. You felt the strength and integrity in his handshake. You felt the unconditional love behind every single one of his tight hugs. He built a genuine legacy of love, loyalty, devotion and faith. Norman was the gatekeeper of his family.
Norman is preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Alma Volkers. He is survived by his wife, Judi; children Michael (Jeanne) Volkers, Lea Ann (Bruce) Tarnowski and Jason (Cheryl) Volkers; grandchildren Paul (Briana) Volkers, Bryan (Jaime) Tarnowski, Dana (TJ) Phillips, Brenda (Kevin) Kane, DaNae (Nick) Mitchell, Connor Volkers and Tia Volkers; great-grandchildren Annie, Isabella, Neiko, April, Maya, Shay, Bliss, Evalyn, Vaughn, Murphy and Mason. He is also survived by siblings Delores Volkers, Mildred Ripplinger, Raymond (Clara) Volkers, Sandra (Russell) Studenski, Darlene (Dennis) Klug and Diane (Mike) Kosloske.

Molitor, 94, of Sauk Rapids, who passed away Feb. 7, 2020 at Country Manor Health Care Center in Sartell, surrounded by her loving family. The Rev. Ronald Weyrens officiated and burial was at the parish cemetery. Visitation was 4-8 p.m. Feb. 11 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church and also one hour prior to services at the church Wednesday morning. Parish prayers were at 4 p.m. at the church Tuesday evening. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids.
Bernice was born  April 19, 1925, in Rockville to Arthur and Elizabeth (Braun) Bidinger. She married Walter Molitor May 11, 1944, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Rockville. They moved to a dairy farm near Sauk Rapids in 1948 where together, they farmed until 1993. Bernice was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sauk Rapids, St. Monica’s Society and Catholic Aid. She enjoyed playing cards, especially 500, being with her family and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who had a very strong faith.
Survivors include her children, Marlene of Sauk Rapids, Jerry (Linda) of Foley, Walter, Jr. (Shirley) of Foley, Roy (Sandy) of Sauk Rapids, Barney (Linda) of Sauk Rapids, Kathleen (Allan) Wollak of Sauk Rapids, Ron (Tammy) of Sauk Rapids, Rick (Julie) of Holdingford, Randy (Mary Ann) of Sauk Rapids, Betty (Otto) Lamecker of Rochester and Ken (Kris) of Sauk Rapids; sisters, Eunice (Andy) Molitor of Rockville and Betty Gross of Rockville; brother in law, Glen Achman of Burnsville; 45 grandchildren and 77 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter, in 2015; grandson, Kyle; an infant granddaughter; and sisters, Lorraine Molitor, Rita Welle, Doreen Moran and Rose Achman.

John Albert Walker was born April 26, 1937, in St. Cloud to Oscar and Pauline (Kardash) Walker. He served our country in the U.S. Army. Jack worked at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center for 30 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Sauk Rapids American Legion Post No. 254. Jack enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. He was quiet, humble, generous, and grateful and thankful for all that God gave him. Jack was patriotic and very proud of his service to his country. He was a simple man who always put others first.
Survivors include his brothers and sister, Harvey (Emma) Walker of Sauk Rapids, Ed (Pat) Walker of Sartell, and Elaine Walker of St. Cloud; grateful friend, Rich (Vi) Lockhart of Sauk Rapids; and nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Marlys (Duane) Grandy.

Randy Heisick was born  Dec. 1 1959, and  passed away Jan. 24, 2020.
A remembrance service honoring Randy  will take place from 1-4 p.m. Saturday Feb. 8 at the VFW in Sauk Rapids.
Randy was preceded in death by his mother Rita (Kuefler) Heisick, father Richard and beloved dog Blondie.
Survivors include brothers Terry and wife Nancy, Kelly and wife Shannon, Dan and wife Mary, Rick, Tim and wife Jana. Also his nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Deborah M. Ludwig, age 65, passed away Jan. 12, 2020, at The Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Sauk Rapids. Debbie was born Jan. 25, 1954, in Stillwater to William and Dorothy (Crivello) Burggraff. She married James Ludwig Sept. 25, 1976, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Rice. Debbie was a postal clerk at the Waite Park Postal Distribution Center and also worked in food service at St. Cloud State University. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Rice where she was a member of the Christian Mothers. She was also a member of the Rice American Legion Post No. 273 Auxiliary. Debbie enjoyed golfing, bowling, bingo, sports, and was an avid Twins and Vikings fan. She was funny, outgoing, hardworking, and a social butterfly. Debbie loved spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her children, Micah (fiancé, Erica) Auerbach of Sherman Oaks, California, Melissa (Adam) Chase of Woodbury, Katie Ludwig (fiancé, Sean Curran) of Leesburg, Virginia, Jessica (Bobby) McMillan of Panama City Beach, Florida, and Stacy Ludwig of Sartell; sisters and brothers, Marnie (Hratch) Azadian of Scottsdale, Arizona, Bill (Chris) Burggraff of Brooklyn Park, Richard Burggraff of Randall, and Maggi (Scott) Bramhall of Winnebago; and grandchildren, Ava, Evan, Griffin, Philip, Arthur, Ashley and Alyssa. Calvin John Repulski (Cal) was born July 21, 1926, in Sauk Rapids, the son of Edward John and Marie (Grabinski) Repulski. In 1944, Cal enlisted in the United States Navy. He served two years during World War II and 20 months overseas. Cal was honorably discharged from the service June 5, 1946. He attended St. Cloud Teachers’ College and taught country school for two years. On May 29, 1948, Cal was united in marriage with Kathleen French at First Presbyterian Church in St. Cloud. In 1950, Cal began working for Murphy Finance. He opened a loan office for Murphy Finance in Emporia, Kansas in 1955, and returned to the St. Cloud area in 1960 when he purchased Mid Central Loan. In 1974, Cal and Kay purchased St. Cloud Paint & Wallpaper, which they operated until their retirement in 1985.

Cal was a life member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sauk Rapids. Over the years, he served in various positions at Trinity including: deacon, trustee, and a member of the Trinity School Board. Cal sat on the board of directors for The Good Shepherd Community, not missing a meeting in his nine-year tenure. Cal was a life member of VFW Post No. 4847, and a 75-year member of the Sauk Rapids American Legion. He was also a life member of the home builders association from which he was awarded the Green Jacket Award for new memberships. Cal was a former Lions member and Sports Incorporated member. He played amateur baseball and was involved with two state tournaments with Foley and Santiago. Cal loved golfing, fishing and hunting. He and Kay spent 18 years living on Lake Mille Lacs during the summer, and Cal spent many falls deer hunting in Montana and Wyoming.

Calvin is survived by his daughters, Judith Newby (Ron) of St. Cloud, Carol J. Dahle (Tom) of Hudson, Wis., and Lynn Repulski (Paul Sprengeler) of Sauk Rapids; brother, Ed Repulski of Sarasota, Fla.; sister, Marge Ustrud of Apple Valley; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, as well as other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife Kathleen, who passed away Dec. 30, 2002; his sister, Joyce Roberts; and his parents, Ed and Marie Repulski.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Good Shepherd Foundation or Trinity Lutheran Church of Sauk Rapids.

A celebration of life will be a later date for Marilyn J. Schueller, 77, of Sartell, who passed away Monday, Dec. 16, 2019 surrounded by her loving family at Edgewood Senior Living in Sartell.

Marilyn was born  Sept. 8, 1942, in St. Cloud to Theodore and Emma (Schuster) Olson. She married Henry Oehrlein and they later divorced. She married Arnie Hodel and they later divorced. Marilyn then married Ervin Schueller and they divorced years later. She lived in Sauk Rapids for 30 years and in Sartell for the last 34 years. Marilyn was a teacher for Reach-Up/ Head Start for many years and also worked for Catholic Charities for a number of years before her retirement. Marilyn loved country music, dancing and being outside in the sunshine. She was very approachable, had a kind spirit and loved to laugh and have fun with her friends and family. Marilyn will always be remembered for loving her grandbabies and spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Bella.

Survivors include her sons and daughter, Mark (Kim) Oehrlein of Brainerd, Scott (Mary) Oehrlein of St. Cloud, Paul (Barb) Oehrlein of Anchorage, Alaska, Robin (Greg) Hadley of St. Cloud and Jamie (Jennifer) Oehrlein of St. Joseph; sisters and brother, Lois (Duane) Paulson of St. Cloud, Rosemary (Vernon) Bullock of Silver Bay, and Ken (Maxine) Olson of St. Cloud; 15 grandchildren; three great grandchildren with two on the way and her cherished best friend, Gail Beckner. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ted, Jr., Carl, Robert and Richard Olson; and sister, Helen DeLaney.

Audrey was born Sept. 4, 1929, in Sauk Rapids to William and Isabel (Wipper) Wheeler. She married Florian Philippi Oct. 12, 1949, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Waite Park. Audrey grew up in Sartell and raised her family along the Mississippi River. She was a homemaker and also worked for St. Raphael’s Convent and retired from the Sartell School District. She volunteered at St. Scholastica Convent and Whitney Senior Center. Audrey was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting and every stitch was made with love. Her favorite past time was spent watching wrestling on TV since the 1950’s. Audrey had a great sense of humor and was compassionate, optimistic, and found the good in everything and everybody. She was dedicated to her family and her favorite saying was “I’m glad you’re mine!”.
Audrey is survived by her son and daughters, Ken Philippi of Sartell, Diane (Joe) Paggen of St. Stephen, Lynda (Marvin) Hallerman of Sartell, and Lori (Marti) Traut of Sartell; 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Audrey was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Florian; daughter-in-law, Gail Philippi; brothers, Howard and Harvey “Buzz” Wheeler; and one great grandchild.

Linda Marie Mohs, age 76, of Sauk Rapids passed away Dec. 1, 2019, at The Gardens of Foley after a long illness. A celebration of Linda’s life will be from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11 at the Sauk Rapids VFW. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud.

Linda was born  Feb. 12, 1943, in St. Cloud to Leon and Irene (Hanson) Richter. She lived most of her life in Sauk Rapids and attended Sauk Rapids schools. Linda married Ronald “Ronnie” Mohs May 7, 1960 in Sauk Rapids. Ronnie passed away in 2016. Linda worked for a Realtor Company, as a dental assistant, for National Cash Register and Pirates Cove. She later worked as a daycare provider in her own home for 30 years. Linda enjoyed reading books and shared them with friends and family. Linda and Ronnie loved to travel with their motorhome and traveled all over the United States. They enjoyed camping at their lake home on South Long Lake in Brainerd and always brought their companion dog “Bebe”. Linda also enjoyed her plants and flowers in her garden and also her many casino visits.

Linda is survived by her sons, Mike (Michelle) of Sauk Rapids, and Mitch (Cindy) of Clear Lake; three grandchildren, Jenny (Casey) O’Malley, Jami (Chris) Nordmann, and Mitchell Mohs; four great grandchildren, Hunter, Nolan and Sophia Nordmann and Cal O’Malley; sisters-in-law Becky (Tom) Schmidt, Colleen (Doug) Millard, Gretchen (Jeff) Johnson, Bev (Ron) Brown, Karen (Leon) Thelen, Lois Mohs, and Donna Mohs; brothers-in-law, Bob (Frankie) Mohs and Tim (Karen) Mohs.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald; and brothers-in-law Larry, Frank, and Joe Mohs.
