A Celebration of Life will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17 at Atonement Lutheran Church, 1144 29th Ave. N. in St. Cloud for Eric R. Goranson, age 49, of Sartell who died Aug. 2, 2024, at the St. Cloud Hospital. Arrangements were entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids.
Eric was born Nov. 2, 1974, in Appleton to Rand and Sanda (Thorn) Goranson. Eric was a carpenter for various companies. He enjoyed skateboarding, creating ink drawings, painting, playing the guitar, being outdoors and contemplating campfires. Eric was quiet, tender hearted, kind and caring.
Survivors include his mother, Sanda (Chuck) Lang of Sartell; step-mother, Barb Goranson of Princeton; sister, Leah Goranson of Holdingford; and other siblings, Anna Goranson, Albert “Al” Goranson, Brandon (Lisa) Goranson and Brittany Frye.
He is preceded in death by his father, Rand Goranson and brother, Dana Goranson
